In-house cooperation results in new Besam Sweden website in record time

The latest Entrance Systems company to join the OneWeb family is Besam Sweden, which launched its new and improved website in December.

Development of www.besam.se was quite different from previous local website collaborations for eTools Project Manager Elisabeth Axelsson, primarily because of proximity.

“In the case of Besam Sweden, my local point of contact was actually able to be in the same room with me while we worked,” Elisabeth explained. “I was initially concerned about how efficient that would be, but I needn’t have worried. The site actually went up in record time.”

Besam Sweden’s local content liaison, Thomas Holm, got a unique view of both the possibilities and limitations of the software that runs OneWeb while sitting side-by-side with Elisabeth at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems headquarters in Landskrona.

“Even though we have very different professional backgrounds and experiences, we were really able to play off each other’s strengths,” Elisabeth said. “This is the fifth Besam website I’ve built, but Thomas was approaching it for the first time.  He saw things in a very new and refreshing way, which made it a lot of fun for me.”

Like all OneWeb sites, the newly launched Besam Sweden website has improved functionality and new features like search, a site map, and better interactivity between the different menus.
