The Assignment

• Providing an interior automatic sliding door solution connecting two high-end automobile showrooms in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

The Challenge

• Creating a convenient automatic sliding door entrance with an opening width that would allow vehicles to be moved easily between the two showrooms
• Providing a complete sliding door solution complementing the interior décor of the showrooms, as well as the Lamborghini, Maserati and Ferrari automobiles being sold there

The Solution: Besam Semi Transparent Sliding Door

A Besam Semi Transparent UniSlide system for bi-parting doors was proposed for its elegant design and virtually uninterrupted glass surface. Besam modified the UniSlide so that its side-screens break-out, thus creating an opening wide enough for vehicles to pass through.
