Audi chooses Besam for high profile facilities in Germany
Visitors from around the world now walk through a Besam RD4 revolving door when visiting the Audi Museum in Ingolstadt, Germany, one of the country’s top tourist attractions.
Audi also chose two additional Besam 4-wing revolving doors for the entrance to the nearby Audi Forum Customer Center, where Audi owners pick up their new vehicles directly from the manufacturer.
The new revolving doors are part of a recent upgrade to the façade of both buildings, which feature a great deal of stainless steel and glass. Besam RD4s were specified by the architect for their reliability and clean, classic design, as well as their energy saving properties.
Revolving doors limit the air exchanged between the indoor and outdoor environments and virtually eliminate draughts, which is particularly challenging to achieve in large buildings with high ceilings and open floor plans.

This impressive installation is now being developed into a customer reference for Besam’s global website.
